Preference also given to someone that either had their TMA ticket or is willing to undertake training to gain it.What You'll Be Doing: Lead and Inspire: Manage a dedicated spray seal crew, setting up, managing, and removing temporary traffic control measures across various sites.Ensure Safety Excellence: Keep workers, motorists, and pedestrians safe through strategic planning, clear communication, and unwavering attention to safety.Navigate Complex Challenges: Oversee traffic flow around construction sites, communicating seamlessly with your team and the public to keep everyone informed and safe.Drive with Precision: Step behind the wheel of a pod truck if licensed – taking your skills to the next level on the road!Who We're Looking For: Experienced Leader: Previous experience as a Traffic Team Leader or Controller in spray seal or asphalt works.Certified Professional: Must hold a valid Traffic Controller accreditation and White Card (Construction Induction).Team Player & Communicator: Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills are essential.Dependable and Flexible: Punctual, safety-focused, and willing to work flexible hours and locations.Join iTrafic, a leading provider of traffic management solutions across Melbourne and Gippsland.
