Are you a dedicated Science educator seeking a permanent teaching position in a dynamic and supportive environment? Tradewind is proud to partner with a highly regarded co-educational Catholic school in Emu Plains, located in Sydney's west, to recruit an enthusiastic Chemistry teacher for a full-time, ongoing position commencing Term 1, 2025.
As a valued member of the school community, you will teach Junior Science and Chemistry to Stages 5 and 6, inspiring students from Years 7-12 with a passion for learning. Both experienced educators and graduate teachers are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity.
About You To excel in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications and Experience: A proven ability to teach Science, with a specialty in Chemistry, across Years 7-12. Differentiated Instruction: Expertise in tailoring learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. Student Achievement Focus: A dedication to achieving strong academic outcomes for all students. Prerequisites Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA). A relevant tertiary qualification (minimum 4-year degree or 75% completion). A valid Working with Children Check (employment purposes). Unrestricted working rights in Australia. About the School Student Body: Approximately 670 students across Years 7-12.
