The Role We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our Geraldton Terminal maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role will aim to provide preventative and corrective maintenance on our bulk handling equipment.
This is a full-time permanent shift position based in Geraldton, consisting of a four on, four off roster (two nights, two days).
Responsibilities include: Preventative and corrective maintenance and repairs to bulk handling equipment, including elevators, conveyors, fixed and portable machinery as well as Diesel equipment from time to time. Complete basic administrative tasks that are aligned with the maintenance function using SAP. About you: Trade Certificate in Mechanical or related discipline. Hold an unrestricted Driver's Licence (HR desired). Work at heights, in confined spaces and in areas of high dust concentration. Experience using SAP or other similar software. High Risk Work Card, DG, CV, LF and WP (desired).
