Haynes is currently looking for experienced Trades Assistants for multiple positions with various clients in Mackay, Queensland.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting Switch Assembly team building crosses & switches, component assemblyReading & interpreting drawings relative to the taskCompleting adhoc tasks as requestedWorking alongside various boilermakers and diesel fittersOn Offer: Located in Ooralea, MackayMonday to Friday rosters with OT availableWeekly PaysPotential for permanent transitionRequirements: C Class Driver's Licence and reliable transportExperience with grindingPrevious experience working in a Trades Assistant/ Labouring roleAbility to read and interpret drawingsGood communication skillsCan take directions from Supervisors/leading HandsPhysically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screenForklift and overhead licences is highly advantageousTrade certificate or partial completion is highly regardedAll applications will be treated with the strictest of confidentiality and only successful candidates will be contacted for interview.
