Skills and Experiences:

Our Ideal Candidate will have: Qld Manual Drivers License (Essential) Previous 1 - 2 consecutive years previous T/A experience in Gardening/Grounds Maintenance and Construction work (Essential) 1-2 yrs Experience in assisting tradespeople or working in a trade environment National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months Able to carry out manual work in the heat (Essential) Forklift / EWP / Working at Heights Ticket/s (Desirable) Weed spraying exp or qualification (Desirable) Knowledge of basic hand and power tools Capability to function effectively both independently and collaboratively with team members A dedication to providing authentic and friendly customer service A driven, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with a 'can-do' spirit The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, occasionally for extended durations A strong sense of personal appearance and hygiene A top-notch safety-oriented mindset
