Civil Engineering Draftsperson
To be considered for these roles, you will need:
Trade Certificate in relevant field or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with supervisory experience considered advantageous.
Driver's Licence & White Card mandatory.
HRWL such as Forklift, Dogman, Working at heights will be considered advantageous.
Higher class drivers licences (MR, HR, HC or MC) will be considered advantageous.
Tilt-up ticket &/or Tilt-up supervisor ticket will also be advantageous.
Strong organisational and time management skills, especially with supervision of a team.
Ability to pass drug and alcohol test.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for communication and reporting purposes will be considered advantageous.
Design, Drafting, Estimating & Project Management Role
We are also currently looking for someone to fill this role. To be considered, you will need:
2 years prior experience in Civil / Structural engineering, preferably in a project context.
Project planning & execution experience.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D Drafting & Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
Experience specifically in Concrete construction including precast concrete highly regarded.
Strong communication skills.
The ability & willingness to think outside the box and suggest alternative solutions.
Responsibilities Include:
Working with Management to identify our clients' requirements and producing professional drawings to reflect those requirements.
Estimating accurate costings on client requirements.
Providing our clients with prompt proposals, backed up with professional drawings.
On project award, liaising with required stakeholders to ensure designs are correctly certified & fit for purpose.
Liaising with Project Managers to ensure all materials are correctly allowed for.
Working with the project delivery team throughout the project to overcome any issues that may arise.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position working 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (some overtime may be required).
