As a TradeArt Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of TradeArt, an odds aggregator and risk management platform. Your primary responsibilities will include mapping data points from various suppliers, managing translations in multiple languages, communicating with B2B clients, and handling settlement processes for finished sports events. You will also be responsible for creating fixtures and events, contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of the TradeArt platform.

Your daily tasks will beCollaborate with different suppliers to aggregate and map various data points, including team and league names;Add and update translations in different languages to enhance the user experience and accessibility of the platform;Engage in effective communication with B2B clients to address and fulfil their requests;Provide support and information related to platform features, data accuracy, and any client inquiries;Manage the insertion of settlements and results for completed sports events;Ensure timely and accurate recording of outcomes, contributing to the integrity of the TradeArt platform;Create fixtures and events within the TradeArt platform, adhering to industry standards and timelines. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain an updated and comprehensive schedule of unique sports events.? What we expect from youStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Proficiency in using data management tools and platforms;
Being a team player. Working closely with all relevant departments;
Capable of handling multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously;

A proactive mindset in addressing challenges and finding solutions;
Knowledge of odds aggregation and risk management concepts is a plus;
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
