About the role The Gyprock Trade Warehouse Operator is a Full-time position, based at Silverwater, NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.
In this role you will: Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers. Assist in the day-to-day activities within the warehouse. Manage stock movements and the maintenance of stock. Load trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements. Unload inbound orders of stock. Serve customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers' vehicles with a forklift, or manually as required. Ensure documentation, labeling, and presentation of product is adhered to. Perform warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping. Your hours are Monday to Friday between 6:00am to 3:00pm. Saturday work is optional. A forklift licence is required to perform your duties within the warehouse.
