The role reports to the Trade Store Manager.
This is a great opportunity to join our high performing trade store in Tarneit, VIC .
The role involves all aspects of working in a warehousing environment including; picking orders, dealing with customers, working in pairs/ teams, operating forklifts & MHE, loading/ unloading trucks, working behind a desk on a computer, running promotions, in-store activations & general warehousing duties.

Ability to demonstrate a positive, can-do, and friendly attitude, willing to work both on the floor in the warehouse and in the office to interact with customers directly and picking orders accurately is key to being successful in the role.
Responsibilities: Picking & Packing orders on a daily basis Dealing with Customers face-to-face & over the phone Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained Regularly check & create orders, Receipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence Loading/unloading customer vehicles Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures General warehouse duties & house keeping Must have: A current forklift license is advantageous or willing to obtain Physically fit & comfortable with manual handling Picking, packing and dispatching experience would be good Microsoft Office skills to complete operational tasks Enjoys working in a team environment Team player, attention to detail, time management and organization skills Good communication skills (Written & Verbal) Identifies development opportunities for self and team On offer: Excellent Hourly rate Full-Time permanent position Free Parking On-Site Yearly pay review High organic internal growth promoted within 14-week Parental Leave (Primary Carer) Great work-life balance Please note, applicants must have entitlements to work in Australia, as part of the recruitment process, police and medical checks for security clearance pertaining to specific job requirements will be conducted for successful applicants.
