As a Bilingual Trade Services Associate (Cantonese/Mandarin + English) at CMC Markets, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our 14-year streak as recipients of "Canstar's Most Satisfied Customers" award.

What will help you be successful? Has a strong customer service orientation and thrives in a client-centric environment.Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry.Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.Shows resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre setting.Eligibility to work in Australia permanently.Previous customer service experience is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to learn are what truly matter.
