We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Service Centre Manager - Queensland to join our team in Deception Bay. You will be responsible for coordinating Queensland's Trade Service Centre's operations to achieve the goals defined in Ausreo's National Service Centre Retail Strategy by being accountable for the sales and profit performance of Queensland's Trade Service Centre operations. You will also manage, coach, and develop the employees to enable them to effectively engage within their teams and deliver the Branch offering.
Responsibilities: Establish key performance measures, targets, and activity plans for Queensland in accordance with Ausreo's National Service Centre Retail Strategy. Regularly monitor Queensland's trade market space to promote and sell new products and services and identify other opportunities to grow Queensland's Trade Service Centre Network. Identify new business opportunities and mutually beneficial partnerships with key customers and suppliers to drive Queensland's Trade Service Centres revenue growth and increase market share in targeted customer segments. Ensure the Service Centre Network delivers superior customer service and achieves Service Centre business performance objectives by assisting in the development of Service Centre Network employees. Support the Trade Service Centre Managers in major customer negotiations such as large project home builders and contract-type work outside of general trading. Lead the Queensland team and create an inclusive, collaborative environment for our employees. To Be Successful: Tertiary qualification in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of Trade/Wholesale Executive Sales experience in a building material/accessory business environment. Ability to successfully lead teams to deliver superior customer service and achieve business performance objectives by assisting and developing employees for future company growth. Ability to leverage relationship opportunities to generate sales in line with company pricing strategies. Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery within agreed timelines. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple and competing priorities. Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to effectively communicate with senior management and project stakeholders (internal and external).
