Your daily responsibilities will include: Processing over the counter/phone sale transactions Informing customers about current promotions and special offers Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions Manage merchandising and store displays Regular training and development to improve power tool knowledge and sales 1 rostered day on the weekend each week (11 Day Roster) Who we are:Founded in 2001 Sydney Tools is a family owned business spanning across 100 stores nationally.

Due to our continued success and growth, we are seeking a motivated "Retail Trade Sales Specialist" to join our successful Caroline Springs, VIC 3023 Team.
Reporting to the Store Manager you will have previous experience in sales or retail position, within a similar or related industry.
We are also interested in tradies looking to put down the tools.Only applicants with valid working rights in Australia will be considered for this position.
