Claim Central Property manages the restoration, assessment and repair of residential, commercial, strata and industrial properties in Australia and New Zealand.
For over 20 years we have been using our leading-edge technologies and a digitally-connected supply panel of trades to provide better cost, quality and claims management outcomes.
Our clients include insurers, brokers, strata managers, facilities managers, real estate, government departments, private works and others. Our insurance works cover both normal and catastrophe event claims for some of the largest insurers in Australia.
This role involves building collaborative trade relationships and managing their performance in line with cost, quality, lifecycle, and occupational health, safety, and welfare expectations. Additionally, it includes ensuring supply chain capacity, onboarding and aligning trade partners, resolving disputes, and strategically planning for adequate capacity during anticipated catastrophe events.
The Opportunity - You Will Successfully Ensure supply chain capacity and manage trade partner performance to meet cost, quality, and life-cycle expectations. Onboard, train, and align preferred trade partners with the material provider network. Build collaborative relationships and resolve disputes to ensure a positive customer experience and compliance. Strategically plan for adequate trade partner capacity, especially for anticipated catastrophe events.

About You Strong experience in building costs and scope preparation
Proven experience in establishing and maintaining OHSW compliance Basic understanding of construction terminology Strong experience building collaborative relationships Demonstrable experience in managing Trade Partners against service level expectations Proven strategic approach to preferred Trade Partner challenges at an individual or aggregate level Experience in procurement and onboarding of service providers Strong stakeholder management capability Excellent negotiation skills Effective communication skills; both written and verbal Intermediate computer skills; excel Proactive approach to goal setting and milestone achievements Ability to work autonomously and be part of a team Self-motivated and results driven Previous experience working with blue collar in some capacity (desirable)
