The Role
We are an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.As a Trade Planning Manager, you are an essential conduit between the category management, brand team, field sales team and our suppliers. You are responsible to ensure our promotional programs deliver to our business plans.
Principle Accountabilities
Build
and execute trade and promotional plans (helping set and manage the yearly promotional grid).
Introduce
new and interesting products into the promotional program.
Review
our promotional effectiveness and developing strategies to improve future promotions.
Partner
with suppliers and communicating the promotional event strategy.
Accurately forecast
volume requirements, including promotional lines.
Skills and Experience Required
Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
Understanding of marketing and promotional plans.
Ability to present to stakeholders at all levels across the business.
Strong financial acumen to maximise sales and minimise waste.
Experience in negotiating and able to influence positive business outcomes.
Strong project management skills to enable smooth promotional management.
