We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate / Senior Associate (3-6 + years PQE) to join our highly regarded trade marks team at Pizzeys in Brisbane or Canberra.Pizzeys is a specialist intellectual property firm practicing in the fields of patents, trade marks and designs. Their core business resides in establishing, maintaining and enforcing intellectual property rights in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, and is a subsidiary of IPH Limited, the first IP services group to list on the ASX.As an experienced Trade Marks Attorney, you will be responsible for advising clients on a broad range of trade mark issues, from brand protection to complex disputes. You will participate and be responsible for the undertaking of the trade mark (and related) business of Pizzeys from time to time.
