About the Role: This pivotal position is based in our Port Melbourne headquarters, offering flexible working arrangements. As the Trade Marketing Manager - Wholesale, you will report to the Brand and Content Marketing Manager and play a crucial role in orchestrating Hard Yakka, KingGee, and NNT wholesale marketing campaigns across our extensive wholesale and retail network. Your efforts will ensure our brands resonate powerfully with our trade and customer partners, leveraging the Go to Market (GTM) Calendar to optimise brand visibility and sales performance.
You will be responsible for: Partnering and influencing trade customer partners to maximise industrial brand impact and sales through key channels.Leading the Go to Market (GTM) strategy and marketing planning to ensure effective channeling of our wholesale marketing activities to the market.Managing and executing comprehensive B2B campaigns, including the development of digital asset packs, and overseeing trade show and conference calendar and events – from planning to operational execution.Managing all communication to wholesale sales teams and channels, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective marketing messages that align with our brand and business goals.Contributing to broader marketing activities, supporting the Brand & Content Marketing Manager, and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered within approved budgets.About You: The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit, impeccable communication skills, and a knack for thriving in fast-paced environments. You are detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and possess a positive mindset that aligns with our culture. Your resilience and agility allow you to be ready to tackle challenges head-on and drive meaningful results.
