THE ROLE Lead the growth of the Wella Company Professional Beauty brands via an Omnichannel strategy, making sure all our brands are supported online in every single channel (Professional, Beauty Stores, Pharmacy…) while making sure the consumer journey is fully touched online and offline. This role includes also the direct responsibility of the B2B Digital Platform called Wellastore.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ownership of Wella Store – our new online ordering platform for our Wella Salon customers, working in collaboration with the Global Team, Brand Managers, Marketing Specialists and Sales Team to drive incremental sales to our professional customers.Help design the vision and strategy for the Wella Company Professional Beauty brands in Omnichannel, collaborating with other functions such as Marketing, Sales and Finance.Work collaboratively with the Sales team to meet key customers such as Chemist Warehouse, Adore Beauty, The Hut Group and Amazon and other Brick & clicks.Lead the design of commercial proposals for Whitespace customers, presenting to the customer in conjunction with Sales and Marketing.Work with external partners and platforms to optimise and grow our sales channels.Lead the business analysis and reporting for our Omnichannel customers.Maintain the product Master Data File for eCommerce customers.QUALIFICATIONS Digitally-savvy.Sales experience with eCommerce and Modern Retail customers.Innovative mindset, creative flair and passion.Resilience with the ability to work well under pressure and manage competing demands.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, both internal and external (including agencies and customers).Excellent presentation and strong communication skills both written and verbal.Strong analytical, thinking and problem solving skills.WHY WELLA?
