About therole Reporting to the Head of Marketing BrevilleGroup ANZ, this role will be responsible for setting the local go to market vision thatbest meets the overall business objectives in close collaboration with globalmarketing, the local sales and product marketing team and Breville NZ. As TradeMarketing Manager and Go-To-Market SME you will provide strategic input anddevelopment into an agreed annual below the line (BTL) marketing plan, andoversee its delivery ensuring that the business objectives, budgetrequirements, brand guidelines, and timelines are met. Thisis a full-time position based in Alexandria, Sydney. Your role will include but not be limited to: Below The Line (BTL)Strategic Input, Management & Implementation Develop, implement, and manage the annual BTL plan to achieve the agreed sales budgets and ensure that the desired product benefits and brand values are clearly and accurately communicated Prepare and present business case/feasibility study (ROI) for major BTL initiatives outlining the key KPI objectives that meet the category/retailer business priorities. Evaluate performance and present findings and recommendations Develop insightful and in-depth campaign briefs in collaboration with the Product Marketing team and the Multi-media Manager to ensure an integrated marketing approach Develop a comprehensive promotional calendar and campaign timing schedule to ensure key deadlines are not missed Category StoriesInstore You will work closely with our Category Managers and Marketing Team to build Category stories in store and on Retailer.com Best in class launch of NPD using global and local tools to amplify visibility and shopper education in store Develop trade marketing content for retailer presentations and align with the rest of the marketing team to implement a strong integrated program Work closely with global and the digital marketing resource to ensure all retailer.com content in up to date and best in class Permanent Display Programs (PDU) Develop, manage, and implement the globally and or locally approved PDU program Measure performance of key display programs against KPI's and present findings/recommendations Ongoing management of the current PDU program to ensure PDU are merchandised correctly, are in pristine condition and reflect the latest product road map and brand/product messaging Recommend new display initiatives or improvements to current programs.
