Trade Mark Assistant

You are an experienced Trademarks Assistant, having worked recently for at least several years in trademarks, preferably in a top-tier, specialist IP or law firm. You can work independently and have a high degree of oral and written presentation skills. You have experience with IP-management software (preferably Inprotech), work with exceptional attention to detail, and have strong organisational and time management skills. Your friendliness, flexibility and enthusiasm will enable you to work with and contribute to a great team.Your New RoleThis role will include:preparing trade mark applicationsentering filing, acceptance, and grant details into existing casesupdating and maintaining deadlines on existing casesentering relevant dates in respect of filings and examinations, including deadlines, instructions sent and acknowledged, and responses filedreviewing attorney reminders and liaising with attorneys to ensure that deadlines are metdatabase managementpreparing correspondence and invoices to clients, foreign associates and Trade Marks officesliaising with local and overseas clients, overseas associates, Australia, New Zealand and foreign Trade Marks officesassisting with group templates and precedentsWorking at FB RiceYou will be joining a long-established and successful top-tier intellectual property firm acknowledged for its client experience and expertise through several industry awards.
