In Australia, they don't just exist; they take the lead, making substantial contributions to the provision of woodworking machinery that shapes the industry.
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Area Manager for their Machines Division. This role is crucial for achieving market share, turnover, and pricing targets within designated territories and product lines.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate the current sales network and propose expansions to ensure maximum efficiency and coverage.Provide comprehensive technical training to the sales force, enhancing their autonomy throughout the sales process.Implement proactive initiatives with the sales network to align order progress, turnover, pricing, and market share with targets.Ensure adherence to commercial and pricing policies, authorizing extra discounts when necessary.Support complex negotiations, maintaining awareness of client needs and sales force preparedness.Collaborate with the BU Manager to define marketing activities for product positioning, including promotions and new product launches.Track all activities in the CRM, including opportunities, offers, client visits, and feedback.Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience as an account manager in the building industryA strong work ethicAbility to build and maintain rapport with customers quicklyHighly motivated to achieve results and grow the businessWell organised and meticulousIf you are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales networks and product lines, and you thrive in a dynamic environment, then I encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
