You'll work closely with inmates to develop skills that will help them gain post-release employment, contributing to their successful transition into the community.
You'll make a positive impact by:
Delivering and evaluating kitchen-based trade training programsOverseeing and supervising inmates in their daily kitchen routinesSupporting inmate rehabilitation by encouraging participation in programsEnsuring compliance with Work Health & Safety policiesManaging kitchen inventory and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiencyPreparing reports on activities and maintaining accurate training recordsSerco is a place for you To be successful in this role, you'll have:
