What role will you play?You will play an important role engaging with the Commodities and/or Equities trading teams, providing end user support, liaising with other support teams (both internal and external), and keeping business stakeholders up to date on ongoing issues or risks. As a senior member of the team, you will have the capacity to drive change, be innovative and have a strategic mindset to improve the overall service.
What you offerExperience with trading applications knowledge (Bloomberg, IRESS, Reuters, FactSet, Fidessa).Proficient in Windows Operating Systems / MacOS / IOS.Ability to handle hardware support, testing, rollouts, change and project management.Experience with Trader Turrets / Phone support.Ability to manage admin and ticketing crucial for "DATA" collection – professional upkeep of records management.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us; if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie, we encourage you to apply.
