Reporting to the Branch Manager we are seeking an ambitious and motivated person to join the team in their Moorabbin branch.
You will need to be customer service focused, open to learning and career minded.
Duties include: Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone Counter sales including customer development Maintaining a professional store presentation General housekeeping Assisting with receipt and dispatch of products Stock management Use of computers Comply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement Required skills and attributes: Competent PC skills Professional personal presentation Customer Service experience Strong attention to detail Willing to learn new skills Industry experience is not essential, just a willingness to learn, confidence, and desire to develop your skills and knowledge.
You will need to be able to perform manual handling tasks, have a current full driver's licence and available to work some overtime (Saturday mornings).
A Forklift licence is desired but not essential.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening and agree to a National Criminal History Check.
