Job Description:As our industry leading clients team experience a surge in opportunities, we are seeking an Electrical or Plumbing Trade Coordinator to oversee the site-based trades, ensuring that all assigned works are completed to a high standard within the Flinders Medical Centre.
Key Responsibilities: Manage on-site work assignments, ensuring compliance with standards and timely completion by qualified tradespeople, including subcontracted services.Lead complex maintenance operations to ensure the reliability of assets and facilities.Facilitate clear communication with clients, suppliers, and the service delivery team to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.Maintain records of all repairs, modifications, and additions, ensuring correct documentation in company systems.Champion a culture of safety, aligning with the clients standards to promote a secure and compliant workspace.Collaborate with clients and the contract support services team to support site-based facilities maintenance planning.Address escalations with appropriate corrective actions and recommendations.Requirements: Valid South Australian Electrical or Plumbers A Class licenceMinimum of 5 years experienceProven leadership skillsStrong record keeping and MS Office suite skillsValid Working With Children Clearance – or willing to obtainAbility to work in a faced paced environmentExperience within the health care services sector (desirable)How to Apply:If you have the skills required for any of the opportunities listed and are looking for your next challenge, we invite you to apply with an up to date resume and detailed work history including references.
