We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manager their project with a 'whole of build' solution.
We stock a select number of core builders' lines, that allows our customers to build from the slab up.
Everything from timber, insulation, cladding, windows, doors and appliances.
Our Trade Centres take the pick/pack and delivery of these bulk products out of our store environment which allows our stores to focus on giving the best customer experience and supporting other trades.
As a Trade Centre Supervisor, you will provide support to the senior leadership team and act as a continual support to oversee workflow, setting an example to other team members and ensuring day-to-day operations of the trade centre run smoothly.
What's involved: Set an example of best service and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers Coach the team on the right service behaviours Assist with inducting and training the team Supporting the team with pick and packing customer orders?where required Organise deliveries and ensure customer orders are dispatched in full and on time? Coordinate stock, loading and unloading products on delivery trucks Who we're looking for: Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and be complimentary to the Trade Centre leadership team.
You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
This role is a great opportunity for an aspiring leader to grow their leadership career in a supportive team environment.
You'll need: Ability to coach and support others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team An ability to achieve results and standards by working with your team Recent experience in a customer service role ideally within a pick and pack environment?
