About the role Daikin Trade Center (DTC) at Daikin Australia supports existing and new trade customers in the Air Conditioning and accessories market. An exciting opportunity for a Trade Centre Supervisor is now available for a passionate individual looking to join the team based in our Daikin Trade Centre in Maryville, NSW, offering immediate start if available.
Reporting to the Sales Manager – DTC, this role is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations including sales, customer services, business development, staff management, and administration of the Trade Centre.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop new sales opportunities for the DTC by liaising with Daikin customer base and others within the HVAC industry.Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments to achieve sales targets and outcomes.Ensure all administrative duties are carried out correctly, promptly, and accurately.Prepare and capture sales order details accurately for entry into SAP.Supply Management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentially for new products and services.Manage, train, and mentor staff members to ensure they are motivated to work.About you To be successful in your application for this role, we will be considering the following:
