Trade Assistant - Local to Kalgoorlie-Boulder
About our client Our client is a multi-faceted engineering business, supplying the Goldfields with engineering solutions for over 20 years. Located in Kalgoorlie-Boulder and Perth, the company offers services in fabrication/welding, machining, mechanical fitting, boiler making, labour hire and associated services primarily to the mining and industrial sectors throughout Australia.
Position Overview Trade Assistant positions are open to experienced and entry-level candidates with the opportunity for advancement given the right attitude and overall performance. Some mine site experience is preferred.
Employment Type These positions are being offered on a casual basis.
Responsibilities In this position, you will be assisting our client's crew of boilermakers and fitters in various roles and tasks across local and surrounding sites, with occasional camp-based work available to the right candidates.
Required Tickets & Licenses

WA Drivers License (HR is a great advantage)
National Police Clearance (Within 12 months)
Working at Heights (Within 2 years)
Confined Space (Within 2 years)
Forklift – or willing to obtain
Pre-employment medical & DAS
Mine Site Experience (desirable but not essential)
