With a professional team of highly qualified employees, supported by a 24/7 Control Room, ENcome ensures the maximum yield for each PV power plant.We are seeking a mature, flexible, and motivated individual for a Trade Assistant role based in Dubbo, NSW.Main ResponsibilitiesOperating plant and equipment, including but not limited toSolar PV Plant vegetation maintenance to reduce impact of plant species and shade and ensure the ongoing performance of the entire solar photovoltaic system, including but not limited toMowing the hard-to-reach areas of the solar PV plant in-line with PV Plant mowing methodsAdditional Responsibilities (when required)Working with Solar Asset Managers, Site Managers, and Site Technicians - Attending to assigned work orders relating to mechanical and grounds work, including but not limited toVisual inspections of equipment on siteGeneral PV maintenance and housekeepingSupporting onsite technicians with work ordersOperating plant and equipmentAdhere to onsite WHS site documents and requirements in close collaboration with site technicians, site manager, and WHS representativesReacting to new and developing events onsiteAbout youGood communication skills and proficient in both verbal and written EnglishMust have basic computer skills in order to enter work orders and to communicate with other team membersWilling to undertake HV training to assist with supervised on-site switchingDemonstrate care with all works and tasksBe reliable, organised, and team-focused with a can-do approachWilling to travel to other projects, if requiredExperience/QualificationsA valid driver's licence is required.Construction induction card (white card) is required.AQF3 (Pesticide applicator) chemical accreditation is desirable but not essential.Experience with use and maintenance of mechanical equipment (including forklift, tractor, zero-turn mowers) is preferred but not essential.Benefits and perksFlexible working hours and modern equipmentTraining for professional development providedWork/Life balance - 5/2 roster available to the right candidate
