A great opportunity has arisen at Becks Mitre 10 for a Trade Account Manager.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will represent our Becks Mitre 10 business across the northwest region of Tasmania.
About the roleYou will have previous sales experience at a Sales Representative/Account Management level or similar capacity.
Your ability to build strong relationships in a B2B environment within the residential building industry will see you succeed in this dynamic role.
Having a passion for outstanding customer service will result in delivering the required sales targets and KPI's whilst adding real value to our trade customers.
You will be an enthusiastic self-starter with proven results in driving sales growth in a target-driven environment.
A high level of verbal and written communications and great presentation skills are required in this role.
It is also a requirement that you are confident working independently, as well as proactively within a team environment.
What you will be doingAchievement of sales, margin and product mix targetsThe ability to attract new customers in addition to growing existing businessAnalysis of sales and customer data to identify new opportunitiesEffective management of a diverse Builder centric customer baseDevelopment and implementation of trade sales plans and initiativesYou will be responsible for communicating and representing the Mitre10 brand to our key stakeholders through sales meetings, training and industry eventsSafety being part of our everyday cultureWhat you will bring to the roleA strong ability to develop and maintain B2B relationships and influence decision-makingA comprehensive understanding and previous experience in Timber, Plumbing and Building materialsPrevious experience in a similar sales roleExcellent negotiation and presentation skills are essentialA sound business acumen with the ability to understand relevant financialsWhat we can offer youThe right candidate can look forward to a competitive salary package which will be negotiated based on experience.
The base package includes a tool-of-trade vehicle and the potential to earn additional incentives based on performance.
