Tractor Operator

Coolibah Herbs is a wholly owned Australian Family Business supplying washed salad greens, mixed leaves, and a variety of culinary herbs and vegetables to leading companies in the foodservice sector. We are currently looking for a tractor operator who is flexible and willing to work long hours. This role will be based in Pearcedale but requires travel around farms including working at all Coolibah sites including Daylesford, Warragul, and Wemen as required.
We have a position available for an experienced Tractor Operator, whose primary focus will include but not be limited to: General cultivation and ground prep workFertilizer application & bed-formingPlanting and sowingCrop Spraying To be successful you should have the following skills & experience: Must have a current driver's license. Chemical user certification.Machinery operating experience is required.Basic Mechanical knowledge.Have a good work ethic and attitude.Strong attention to detail and passion and pride in the quality of your work. Other desired requirements or attributes: Able to work with minimum supervision and be self-motivated to complete tasks.Previous cropping experience is advantageous but not necessary.A rigid (HR) truck license is desired but not essential.
