If you have a deep understanding of the unique social and cultural dynamics of the Northern Territory, particularly around Indigenous people with disability, and are driven to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you!
Key Areas of Focus: Providing culturally appropriate support to individuals with disability and their families Facilitating access to vital services, including health, housing, education, and employment Promoting wellbeing and resilience in vulnerable populations Advocating for the needs of people with disability and supporting social change initiatives Skills and Attributes: Experience in community services, social work, youth work, or related fields Strong cultural competence, particularly in understanding the needs of Indigenous peoples in the NT Ability to build respectful and trusting relationships with people with disability and their support networks Excellent communication, problem-solving, and advocacy skills A commitment to social justice, equity, and inclusion A valid Northern Territory Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check and Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain) Why Join TRACKS Care?
