About the RoleAs a TPRM Governance & Oversight Senior Specialist in our TRPM Office, you'll play a key role in helping drive group-wide consistency in TPRM practices by establishing and maintaining TPRM standards and governance frameworks. In this role, you will be part of a cross-border/multi-jurisdictional agile team supporting the TPRM Governance & Oversight Manager to maintain ANZ's Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, policy and standards. You will provide day-to-day delivery of responses to complex TPRM policy-related queries and support requests escalated by the business.
The TPRM Governance & Oversight team are responsible for:
Developing, deploying, and maintaining ANZ's Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, policy and associated standards as well as acting as an escalation point for complex TPRM policy-related queries and support to the business.Driving the development, deployment, and maintenance of a TPRM compliance approach that ensures appropriate governance and oversight mechanisms are in place to support demonstrable compliance with the NFR Framework and key policy requirements to meet global regulatory requirements in line with the TPRM framework.Role Type: Permanent, Full time
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC What will your day look like?As TPRM Governance & Oversight Senior Specialist you are accountable for:
Working with the TPRM Governance & Oversight Manager to draft and maintain the enterprise-wide Third-Party Risk Management framework, policy, and standards.Carrying out research and analysis to improve and develop the TPRM framework, policy, and standards.Under direction from the TPRM Governance & Oversight Manager, support stakeholders to interpret and translate the relevant TPRM requirements under the NFR Framework.Taking the lead on responding to simple TPRM policy-related queries and support requests escalated by the business.Supporting the TPRM Governance Lead and Manager to establish and maintain the TPRM Governance Committee.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will bring:
2+ years of professional experience in risk management policy, risk governance, and compliance delivery.1+ years knowledge and experience in Non-Financial Risk Management and Compliance (e.g. Financial Crime, ABAC, Material Outsourcing, Information Security, etc).Analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with knowledge/experience of ANZ's TPRMHub operations and management.Experience with Scrum, Jira and Confluence (preferably in a financial services environment).Demonstrated track record of working to deadlines and being efficient and organised in delivering operations.Demonstrated track record of working to deadlines and taking responsibility for delivering allocated governance and oversight tasks/activities efficiently.Able to take direction with proven ability to work in a cross-border/multi-jurisdictional team and proactively contribute ideas to continuously improve team performance.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
