Your opportunity:
As our valued Technology Lead (BSS and Digital Domains), you will play a vital role in supporting the BSS and Digital domains.
You'll draw on your breadth of experience across BSS & Digital, as well as subject matter expertise in areas such as Billing and Charging, CRM, IVR and Telephony, Integration and Provisioning, Self Service, and Payments and Collections to lead technology and business projects, contributing towards achieving business goals and advancing the BSS & Digital architecture and strategy.
You'll make an impact by:
Leading the development of solutions and supporting Solution Architects.
Ensuring solutions balance time, cost, and quality, and improve customer experience.
Providing technical leadership and guidance for security, capacity, and lifecycle management of applications.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans.
Managing technical vendor relationships and solution governance.
What you'll bring:
5+ years' experience in development, design, delivery, and operations of IT application platforms.
3+ years' experience in a Technology Lead role.
Experience in cloud services (e.g., AWS) development.
Knowledge of architecture patterns and frameworks such as SOA, TM Forum, TOGAF, UML, ArchiMate.
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage cross-functionally and drive teams to goal attainment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in Computer/Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent.
