Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration of purchased feedstock transactions for domestic and international suppliers. Confirm contract terms, product origins, and compliance with import regulations. Liaise with suppliers, customs brokers, shipping lines, and logistics personnel to facilitate seamless import and delivery processes. Maintain accurate records of weights, assays, and invoices in accordance with contractual requirements. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, including multi-currency transactions.
