About the opportunity:
Position: Senior Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapist (HP3-4 Rural Development Pathway)
Vacancy: Permanent full-time
As the successful candidate, you will have the chance to build your skills under a formal pathway, completing an intensive development plan along the way. Upon successful completion of the development activities, you will have the chance to transition into a HP4 role, delivering complex, responsive, and innovative Occupational Therapy services.
Participation in the HP3 to HP4 Rural Development Pathway and the Intensive Development Plan, including completion of all required development activities, is mandatory for this position.

Generous remuneration package valued up to $157,360 p.a. comprising:
Salary range of $3030.00 to $4453.50 p.f. (HP3) or $4912.70 to $5286.40 p.f. A tertiary degree qualification (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from a recognised tertiary institution is considered mandatory for this position. Applicants who do not hold this will not be considered. Membership or affiliation with Occupational Therapy Australia would be highly regarded. Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate. Possession of a class C driver's licence. This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis. Probation period may apply. Pre-employment checks will be conducted including Criminal History Clearance/NDIS Worker Screening Check. Please refer to the Role Description for further details.
