Salary range: $136,035 to $145,990 p.a. (AO7) 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available Flexible working arrangements About the role Lead and develop a high-performing HR Business Partnering team to deliver strategic, data-driven HR initiatives, interventions and solutions that align with organisational goals, foster strong business relationships, and proactively address workforce challenges. Focus on strategic partnership and scalable solutions to support THHS leaders, empowering leaders and minimising where possible the high-volume one-on-one issue resolution matters. Leverage data and analytics to provide leaders with actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and proactive problem-solving efforts, and strategic workforce planning. Role requirements Tertiary qualification in human resource management, industrial relations or related field is highly desirable. A relevant master's qualification is considered highly desirable. Professional membership of the Australian Human Resources Institute is desirable. Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
