About the Role
The Executive Delivery Partner will operate in a fast-paced, solution-focused work environment to provide high-level executive, business, and strategic engagement advice and support in alignment with Council's Corporate Plan and business objectives. This support will enhance the effectiveness and delivery of the Executive team.
The Executive Delivery Partner will proactively manage the needs and expectations of the Executive team whilst delivering a high level of discretion and diplomacy as the first point of contact for the Executive team. Confidentiality, reliability, and trust are crucial to this role.
About You
While working with the Executive team, you will use your exceptional attention to detail in providing high-level strategic, confidential, and executive advice and support. You will build and maintain collaborative professional customer relations with internal and external stakeholders while utilising appropriate communication styles.
Our ideal applicant will have exceptional organisational, problem-solving and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines, and an established record of exercising judgement and initiative to develop sound solutions to complex issues. This includes proactively managing calendars, meetings, and work commitment schedules for the Director and ensuring the provision of information briefs in advance of meetings while maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of results.
