Town Planning Officer

Our local government client is seeking an experienced Town Planner for a 3 month contract.

Rate: $50-60 per hour plus Super
Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
Location: Rockingham, WA
Duration: 3 months
Type: Temporary casual contract

Experience Required Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.Highly organised and possess contract and project management skills.Sound knowledge of Town Planning legislation and principles, including related environmental and land use practices and their applications.Must possess of a Degree in Town (Urban) Planning or equivalent in a related field is essential, also have experience in this field, making the person eligible for membership to the Planning Institute of Australia.Local Government experience
