You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across the public and private sector. This role will be right for you if you enjoy working collaboratively with likeminded people.
Key responsibilities Development of strong client relationships.Project management and team coordination.Preparation of development applications.Undertaking planning assessment, investigation and analysis of Queensland legislation, guidelines and related documentation for a range of project types.Skills and experience Recognised tertiary qualifications in Town Planning.Minimum 6 years experience.Local experience ideal.Experience with development assessment timeframes and processes, under the Planning Act 2016 as well as other relevant legislation.High level written and verbal communication skills.The ability to work autonomously and within a team.Australian resident.If the above position appeals to you then please submit your CV and if applicable, work samples (no more than 10mb PDF attachment) to and we'll be in touch.
