Due to strong development project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Town Planner to join our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services Team. Reporting to the National Planning Approvals Manager, you will be involved in a range of key areas including but not limited to providing strategic advice to the business, preparing development applications in an efficient manner, offering compliance advice as well as acquisition and divestment advice to keep in line with the growth and diversification of the business. Furthermore, you will project manage building permit and certification investigations for all our fixed asset sites across AU. The National Planning Approvals Manager is based at our Eight Mile Plains office in Brisbane, however, there is flexibility with location of this position. You will hold a tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or equivalent and, ideally, have 2 to 5 years' experience in this field. This is a rare opportunity which will see you provide valuable contribution to the business managing the FHIS business's existing development project pipeline, future growth plans and ongoing development compliance.
