Ideally, you should boast a background of 3 or more years in town planning within the Melbourne context, with experience spanning both public and private sectors. As a versatile planner, your proficiency in understanding prevailing planning schemes and optimizing land use is indispensable for this role.
To be eligible, you must possess: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field. Up-to-date knowledge of Victoria's Town Planning legislation. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. The capacity to manage and support clients in specific planning projects. A commercially savvy mindset to cultivate new business.
