Job Description Position: Town Maintenance Officer – Parks and Gardens
Location: Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale
Pay rates: $45 per hour + super

Range of assignments include: Maintenance, gardening, turf management, spray and irrigation assignments. Weekly Pay Ongoing roles for local governments About the Role: Maintaining local parks, ovals, recreational areas, verges, and land. Gardening – planting, removing, mulching, mowing, and edging. Weed control, median spraying, broadacre spray, and spraying of firebreaks. Operating equipment – trimmers, blowers, hedgers, tractors, brush cutters, and vans. Operating irrigation systems, repair and fault finding. General maintenance tasks. Benefits: Excellent rates Weekly pay Ongoing work Flexible roster Rostered days off Essential Criteria: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Gardening role (Ride on Mower & Whipper Snipper Experience). Australian Driving License (MR/HR Preferred). Chemical Certificate (Highly Desired). National Police Clearance within the last 12 months. White Card. Basic Traffic Management and Traffic Control Certificate (Highly Desired). Chainsaw ticket (Highly Desired). Qualification in Horticulture (Highly Desired).
