To be successful in your application, you will have:
Drivers license and ability to travel between 2 Sydney based waterfront venuesA restaurant or upmarket Pub/ Club background in Modern Australian/ Mediterranean/ Japanese cuisines would be ideal but very open to backgrounds across different venue types & cuisinesExtensive, high cover A la carte experience, with a love for seafood/ proteins & creativityStrong abilities in training, mentoring and developing teamsExcellent organisational and time management skillsPassion for creating quality and consistency in every plate put outOverall knowledge of operational & financial knowledgeThe desire to grow and develop your careerFunction/ event/ wedding experience is a bonusDesire to create & work in a collaborative teamOn Offer
