We are now looking for a Tournament Services Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term contract basis from October until February based at Tennis HQ.
As this is a seasonal contract, we request full availability and flexibility across the summer months of December-February.

About the role In this role you will:
Tournament administration of AO transport team Finalise the team roster and make changes throughout the lead up to AO and during the event Find replacement staff as required and manage the roster to ensure minimal overtime is incurred and adequate fatigue management Ensure that driver rostering is staying within budget and prepare a working model of shift swap procedures for AO25 Maintain a method of sharing handovers and keeping the Transport Head Supervisors up-to-date on rostering procedures Attend regular meetings with the AO Transport Assist in the bump-in/out of transport offices, infrastructure and cars About you What you'll bring to the role:
Previous experience using Rosterfy, highly desired High level understanding of Transport requirements at Major Events Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail Outstanding customer services and communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and be resilient Ability to build rapport and engage quickly with a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and generations Highly developed computer skills (databases, Microsoft Office, web-based applications) Alignment with the Tennis values of: Imagination, Collaboration, Humility and Excellence Be an ambassador for Australian Tennis and the Australian Open You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check What's to love?
