Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Tourist Information Centre Coordinator to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, a 20-minute drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
As the face of our Tourist Information Centre, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, offering valuable insights to help our guests make the most of their Red Centre adventure.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for tourism and hospitality.
Key Duties: Provide outstanding customer service to guests seeking information about tours, attractions, and resort services including business partners'.
Coordinate bookings for tours, transportation, and activities.
Opening and closing Tours Information Centre at designated trading hours.
Assist in promoting Uluru and the surrounding area by sharing cultural and historical insights.
Support the wider resort team with information-sharing and administrative tasks.
