Tourism Supervisor (Water Bikes)

X Waterbikes is looking for a full-time salaried Operations Supervisor to run the customer-facing day-to-day business, hiring out non-powered water bikes in Surfers Paradise.
The duties include:
greeting and preparing customers taking in-person bookings and sales supervising the launch and return of hired water bikes briefing customers on safety requirements prior to each launch monitoring health and safety throughout the day using inflatable motorboat when needed to assist customers The ideal candidate will:
be a self-starter be able to work with and without supervision have some experience with sales, retail or tourism businesses be fit and capable - occasional lifting of bikes required onto trolleys and into water show attention to detail following health and safety requirements ideally have experience in a similar watersports or tourism venture have a current first aid certificate and marine license (the company can assist with these if needed).
