Job Description Who are Voyages? Voyages operate some of Australia's most magnificent remote resorts, including the iconic Ayers Rock Resort, and the Mossman Gorge Centre at the gateway to the Daintree Rainforest. Voyages' mission is to offer their visitors the most enriching experiences possible, while also directly supporting Indigenous communities through training, employment and business development opportunities.
About the role: You will represent one of ourexciting clients, Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia. You will be theirbrand ambassador andwill play an integral role in acquiring, engaging and retaining customers.
You will be servicing new andexistingcustomers, handling complaints, bookings and transferring credits via email, calls and web chat.
You will receiveinbound calls andassist new and existing customers with complaints, booking tours and accommodation, transferring credits, and processespayments You will answer customer enquiries via email and web chat The role is subject to background checks(that we pay for) Shifts are Monday – Sunday 7am-6pm Shifts are 7.6 hours per day Only 1 weekend of work every 3 weeks!
