We are not able to offer visa support.Planned start date: ImmediateEmployer: MPH Australia P/L, an Australian owned and operated company.Us: MPH Australia is an industry-leading lighting production company, providing services to festivals, touring concerts, events and similar projects.Your work environment: Roughly equal split between prepping equipment in our warehouse and working on-site in venues. Always safe, constructive and engaging. Fast-paced, learning and doing. Opportunities for advancement commensurate with skills and experience.Your challenges: Being safe, implementing power and data distribution systems from plans, IP networking, leading local crew, dealing with changing requirements.Your approach: Enjoy working in safe and structured environments. Eager to develop skills.Your day-to-day: Preparing lighting equipment for jobs; attending to lighting production duties on-site.Working hours: Prep work: nominally 8 hours each working day, 0830 start time. On site: Varied – meeting the requirements of the job.Handover / Training: On-the-job training provided in company approaches.Formal qualifications required: Drivers' license. Construction White Card.Required skills and experience: Basic computer skills; Basic numeracy and literacy skills; experience with at least five paid years in professional technical lighting production at scale.Favourable skills and experience: Additional paid years working in logistics, film, lighting, or technical event production.Favourable qualifications: Forklift Licence, EWP (over 11m), Dogging, Basic / Intermediate / Advanced Rigging, Working at Heights.Remuneration: Hourly rate between AU$40.31 and AU$46.48, in line with the Live Performance Award.Our recruitment process: You apply.
