The Visitor Experience offers immersive tours to celebrate the brand's heritage.Role Summary:As a visitor experience team member, you will lead visitors through the production area, providing engaging tours and outstanding customer service. You'll also assist with ticket and retail sales, bartending, and event support. The Retail Sales Assistant will enhance visitor experiences at the production area through exceptional customer service, storytelling, and sales techniques.Key Responsibilities:Conduct production toursHandle ticket and retail salesAssist with bartending and event executionMaintain safety and cleanliness standardsHelp achieve financial and customer service targetsManage retail and ticket sales, bartending, site cleaning, and event execution.Meet financial and customer service targets.Ensure safety and compliance in a hazardous environment.Educate guests about clients products.Requirements:RSA certification2+ years in retail, tourism, or hospitalityFriendly, engaging personality with strong communication skillsAbility to build positive relationships with customersThe Visitor Experience operates seven days a week - Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays is requiredSafety and compliance are essential due to the nature of the site.
