In this role, you'll create unforgettable experiences for guests at Whitehaven Beach through exceptional service and a commitment to safety. You will work in a physically demanding environment with a unique lifestyle roster of 4 days one week, 3 the next, ensuring you never work a full weekend!Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist guests, prioritizing their safety and experience.Provide high-quality guest service and maintain professional presentation.Ensure the vessel remains clean and presentable for passengers.Serve food and beverages to guests.Ensure the safety and comfort of full-day guests.Safely secure and depart ancillary vessels.Conduct safety briefings and presentations for guests.ABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate will love the outdoors, have a passion for sharing knowledge, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.
